wii Exercise Update
I had a few foot issues that prompted me to mix it up with my wii workouts. Well I just finished the 6 week challenge with the wii ea active:more workouts and loved it!! I'm trying to decide it I want to redo the challenge at a harder level or just move on to individual workouts but am leaning heavily towards individual workouts since I've also added another "new" game to the mix.
I discovered through the ea active games that I love boxing so I recently got the Gold's Gym cardio workout and a pair of boxing gloves that work with the wii remote and am LOVING this game!! I really work up a sweat and know I'm getting aerobic benefit from this game and loving every minute of it!

So now I need to find out if I'll stay on task without a set schedule of routines if I just mix up the boxing and the ea active with a bit of yoga with the wii fit balance board and throw in as many sessions with the wii personal trainer as my foot can handle. I think I need a big calendar by the wii so I can give myself a big gold star for each activity I finish and easily see if I'm slacking off! Not so sure how well it will go with the decor, but I like that idea!!!!
