Beautiful Fungi

I had the opportunity to spend some time with Linda today. She had her new Canon 40D and since we were anxious to play with it we went to the park by my house hoping to find something interesting to photograph. The leaves weren't turning yet and the lone turtle we saw ducked below the water before we could get a picture. As we turned to walk back to the car we saw our subject. It always surprises me that a fungus can be so beautiful. The first two photos were taken at the park and the third was taken in my yard. I also took a few minutes to make an action for this photo frame so be prepared to see it for awhile - lol!
