Weekend Knitting Update
I finished knitting my felted clogs! After trying them on and finding them to be sufficiently humongeous it was time to put them in the washing machine to "felt" them.
This is how they look out of the washer felted but not yet trimmed to get rid of the fuzzies. They will need to dry for a couple of days and then I will trim the fuzzies off, shave them as needed and they'll be ready to wear! I'll post an updated photo when they are completely done but thought it was fun to see the progression. Since I had the machine going, I also felted the flowers for my knitting bag. These are soooo cool!!!!!!!! I can't wait to add them to the bag and head out to buy my fabric for the lining!!!!!
Check out the brea bag that I'm making now with that lovely green ultra alpace yarn that Thomas helped me with earlier. I finished the front and back panels with Pam's cable tutorial and have started the side panel so this should be done soon!!!

Those flowers turned out so great!!! I'll definitely have to make me some of those. Your slippers look great too. Now all you need to do is give them a shave and add the googly eyes! ;-)
awesome!
