Amos Lee
I went with Pam to the Amos Lee concert last night! What a treat!!!!! Our tickets were for the center of the front row of the balcony and our view was superb!!! Priscilla Ahn was the opening act. She was adorable and her voice was lovely. She played acoustic guitar, the harmonica and a kazoo. She sang maybe 4-5 songs. We did get to see her again later in the show when she came out so sing Black River with Amos. What a gorgeous duet!!!!
Amos, who has incredible song writing skills and one of the best voices in music was backed by an equally talented band! Amos started with Keep it Loose, Keep it Tight and ended with Arms of a Woman and hit almost all of my favorites in between! I loved his live versions of his songs and his version of Southern Girl made me remember how much I love that song! I found him to be incredibly charming on stage and that combined with his vocal skills made for a very, very enjoyable show!!!!! I didn't want it to end!!!
