The Anniversary Continues
The anniversary celebration at Scrapsupply continues. As part of the celebration, I created a challenge based on the game of Jacks. Read on for more information on how to play along.
Remember playing jacks when you were a kid? The thrill of mastering onesies then twosies and threesies all the way to tensies? Well here's you chance to put your "jacks" skills to good use!
For this challenge you will use exactly one of one item, two of another, three of the next, and so on up to 10 of an item to complete your layout. Once I got started, i found it hard not to add extra items to my page but, to play by the rules, you can't go over the number of "jacks" you've been given. Have fun!!!!
In my example I used:
1 die cut bracket
2 patterned papers
3 decorative edges (bordering the photos)
4 stitches (on the ends of the die cut bracket)
5 fiber ties (through the eyelets)
6 photos
7 beads (in the center of the flower)
8 chipboard pieces (the word jill.e and yes, I'm counting the
dots)
9 thickers (camera bag), and
10 eyelets

• Deadline to load Jacks layout: 1 June 2009
• You can upload a photo or scan of your layout to our
challenges gallery or email it to us using the contact us
page.
• Layouts not meeting the jacks rules all the way through tensies will not count.
