Panini Love

I'm playing a bit of blog catch-up today. Not only did Greg give me the panini pan for Valentine's day, but he also made sure I had all the ingredients to make THE sandwhich!!!

I mut say that the combination of sourdough, Brie, chocolate and basil practically made me swoon!!! And I will admit that I've made it more than once. It is that good!!!!!

Hmmm...I might have to try this with my panini press. Sounds weird and delicious at the same time!

Hi, Sue! I bought David a panini pan for Valentine's Day, too! (Great minds, Greg.) But what a great idea to buy all the ingredients for something wonderful to make in it. Now, that's thinking ahead. I love it! This looks amazing. Basil is so versatile. I didn't know that for a long time but have been playing with it more in the last year. I am so going to try this combination. Thank you for the inspiration! Also, your photos are lovely.
